How to get to the hotel of the conference

The Tunis-Carthage airport is currently the operational international airport of Tunisia. It is about 45 minutes (56 km) from Hammamet. However, a new international airport, called Ennfidha airport, is likely to become operational in 2010 summer. It is 20 minutes (30 km) from Hammamet.

The travel agency (Travel Trends Tunisia) can take care of your transfer from the airports of Tunis-Carthage or Monastir to Hammamet. It will cost:
  • 1 to 6: 40 €/person(2 Ways)
  • more than 6: 20 €/person

1. From Tunis-Carthage International Airport

Currently, Tunis - Carthage International Airport is the main international airport serving Tunis in Tunisia.
The airport is named for the historic city of Carthage. It is the base of operations for four Tunisian airlines:
Tunisair, Nouvelair Tunisia, Sevenair and Tunisavia. The airport is served by bus and taxi.

Participants can also reach the conference location by tourist taxi called "Grand Taxi" directly from the airport (the price is from 35 € to 40 €) or by train (by taking a yellow taxi to the Central Station "Place Barcelone").

2. From Enfidha International Airport

Enfidha International Airport is the new international airport in Tunisia.
More information about the shuttles will be added as soon as the airport is open to the air traffic service...

3. From Monastir International Airport

It is mostly used by charter airlines bringing tourists to Tunisian resorts. In addition, it serves as the main airport for the city of Sousse.

Participants can also reach the conference location by tourist taxi called "Grand Taxi" directly from the airport (the price is from 35 € to 40 €) or by train (by taking a yellow taxi to the Central Station "Monastir").
